When I visited Ronnefeldt Tee Haus, I also visited Avenue France, a place that has all sorts of restaurants and cafe in one area. Within there, my friend and I decided to have lunch at Dr. Robbin, a restaurant that prides on serving slim and healthy meals. This is a new restaurant for me, as I’ve never even heard of Dr. Robbin until seeing this. I’ve no idea who this Dr. Robbin is, but my friend and I tried it out.

Dr. Robbin was tastefully decorated, and there were a lot of seating options. The service was decent, as in I had no issues with the workers there. The atmosphere was pleasant, and that was about all the good things about this place because I can’t say I enjoyed the food.

The food and drinks they offer here are supposedly healthy. They don’t add sugar, butter, and MSG. They don’t fry their food. Everything is supposed to have low calories. They offer a wide-range of salad, soup, pizza, pasta, risotto, and sandwiches. Some of their dishes are Asian-inspired dishes. They also sell drinks like espresso-based drinks, ades, and healthy drinks like juices. So there is a little something for everyone.

My friend ordered the vegetable and bean tomato pasta for 14,000 won, and I chose to get the vegetable and sweet pumpkin curry rice for 13,000 won. I also bought the grapefruit ade for 5,200 won. My curry rice tasted bland. Slim and healthy it might be, but I didn’t enjoy it much. I felt like the sweet pumpkin sauce just didn’t work. My grapefruit ade was fine, but it wasn’t anything special. My friend said her pasta was good, though, but I didn’t sample it, so I can’t really comment on it.

This isn’t a place I’m keen on trying again any time soon. I’ve seen Dr. Robbin scattered around Seoul, but if I want some slim and healthy meal, I’ll be looking elsewhere!
